Mark Kendle is a quantitative analyst with structuring experience in many unique financing products. As the senior quantitative analyst in Denver, he has structured over 400 unique and complex special district financial plans for the firm’s clients, as well as other members of the transaction working group, such as accountants, bond attorneys and tax counsel. Many of these clients are real estate developers who are starting up or are in the early stages of development of residential and commercial properties.
In addition to special district financings, Mark works on numerous general municipal transactions such as advance refunding securities and other complicated refunding structures such as transferred proceeds refundings and partial and crossover advance refundings. He has implemented gross-funded escrow derivative products in several advance refunding transactions, which have enabled clients to achieve additional refunding savings above what was available by using a regular escrow of U.S. Treasury securities.
Mark holds an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from Purdue University
